The privacy of visitors to our website https://workgrow.agency is very important to us, and we are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") explains what we will do with your personal information.

This Policy applies only to information collected on our website https://workgrow.agency; we are not responsible for the privacy policies or content of third-party websites.

1.1. "Website" (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") – an information resource on the Internet located at https://workgrow.agency, containing textual, graphical, and other information perceived as a whole, and maintained by a suite of system software tools.

1.2. "Site Owner" (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner") – Individual entrepreneur Zhanna Samchuk, who is the holder and processor of the personal data of the Site’s Users.

1.3. "User" – any individual who has ever accessed the Site and has reached the age permitted to accept the User Agreement posted on the Site and this Policy.

1.4. "Account" – the User’s account created at the time of authorization on the Site, which allows the Owner to identify (authorize) the User through the User’s account in social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, or Google.

1.5. "Personal data" – information or a set of information about the User who is identified or can be specifically identified.

1.6. "Services" (Site services) – any services offered on the Owner’s Site, including but not limited to the creation of platforms for business communication, development of new material formats and special projects, content improvement, video production, industry-specific projects, direct advertising, etc.

2. Collection and Use of Personal Data

2.1. You may use the Site without registration or authorization and without directly providing personal data that can identify you, except as specified in clause 2.2. of this Policy.

2.2. At your discretion, and for greater convenience, you may authorize your use of the Site by logging in via your personal Instagram or Google social media account.

2.3. When using the Site, we may automatically collect information related to your use of the Site.2.4. We may collect, store, and use the following types of your personal data:

2.4.1. Information about your computer, including IP address, geographic location, browser type and version, and operating system;

2.4.2. Information about your visits to and use of this Site, including referral sources, time spent on the Site, page views, and navigation paths;

2.4.3. Information you provide when logging in via a social media account as per clause 2.2., such as your name, profile photo from the social network, gender, date of birth, interests and hobbies, educational and employment details, email address, and contact information;

2.4.4. Information like name and email address that you enter to subscribe to our emails and/or newsletters;2.4.5. Information you enter when using services on our Site;

2.4.6. Information generated during your use of our Site, including when, how often, and under what circumstances you use it;

2.4.7. Information related to ordered services or transactions on the Site, including name, address, phone number, email address, and your credit card details;

2.4.8. Information you post on our Site for publication online, including your username, profile image, and content of your posts;

2.4.9. Information contained in any messages you send us via email or through our Site, including content and metadata;2.4.10. Any other personal information you send us.

2.5. Before providing us with personal information about another person, you must obtain their consent for disclosure and processing under this Policy.

2.6. When you visit the Site, a connection is established, data is accessed, and a log-file is created. It may include:date and time of site access;IP address from which access was made;data or filename you accessed;time spent on the Site;name and version of your web browser and operating system;the website from which you were referred.This information helps us improve Site performance, ensure security and stability, and protect against external attacks. We may also perform statistical analyses on this data. Log-file data does not allow us to identify you personally. They are used solely for the purposes stated in this Policy and are not shared with third parties, except as specified in clause 7.2.

2.7. We collect only the personal data that you consciously and voluntarily provide as a data subject for the purpose of using the Site’s services, which, under current Ukrainian law, constitutes your consent to process your personal data for the purposes set out in this Policy.

2.8. We guarantee we will not sell or rent personal data to third parties, except when disclosure is required by applicable Ukrainian law.

2.9. We do not collect or process personal data concerning racial or ethnic origin, political, religious, or philosophical beliefs, membership in political parties or trade unions, criminal convictions, health, sexual life, biometric, or genetic data (in accordance with Article 7 of the Ukrainian Law “On Personal Data Protection”).

3. Processing of Personal Data

3.1. The processing and storage of provided personal data take place in data centers that host the Site’s infrastructure. Provided personal data may be processed and stored in the Site’s Personal Data Database or in a separate database table. The location of data processing and storage is: 03150, Kyiv, Predslavynska St., 34B.

4. Purpose of Using Personal Data

4.1. We may use your personal information for the following purposes:

4.1.1. Administration of our Site and business;

4.1.2. Personalization of our Site for you;

4.1.3. Enabling you to use the services offered on our Site;

4.1.4. Sending you statements, invoices, payment reminders, and processing payments;

4.1.7. Sending you our newsletter, if you subscribe—and you can unsubscribe at any time;

5. Retention of Personal Data

5.1. Personal data is retained no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing.

5.2. After you cease to be a Site user by deleting your Account, your personal data will also be automatically deleted.

6. Interaction of the Site with Other Resources

6.1. When you use Site services, third-party code from other internet resources may be present on Site pages, allowing these resources and third parties to receive your data. They may receive and process information about your page visits and other browser-transmitted data. Such resources may include:Ad banner systems (e.g., DoubleClick for Publishers, Admixer, AdRiver, etc.);Social network plugins (e.g., Disqus, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc.).

6.2. The use of these services helps analyze Site visits, assess internal/external traffic, page depth, and user activity. We do not store or process data received from these services.

6.3. If you wish to prevent such services from accessing your data as per clause 6.1., you may log out of your Account and clear cookies via your browser.

7. Site omner's interaction with third parties  regarding personal data

7.1. We do not share personal data with third parties except when required by applicable Ukrainian law, at the request of the data subject, or in other cases set forth in this Policy. We understand that personal information is a valuable and integral part of individuals’ rights and take all possible measures to protect your personal information.

7.2. Authorized personnel who have agreed to confidentiality and third-party service providers involved in Site support or business operations may have access to your personal data. These individuals are bound by contracts requiring compliance with Ukrainian data protection laws and confidentiality.

7.3. The Site may contain links to other websites (for information only). This Policy does not apply to such sites. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of each website before sharing any personal data.

7.4. Personal information you publish on our Site may be accessible via the internet worldwide. We cannot prevent third parties in other countries from accessing or misusing such information.

8. Protection of personal data

8.4. If you grant or lose access to your Account, you are fully responsible for actions taken by any new user who uses the Site and/or services through your Account.

9. Conditions for third-party access to personal data

9.1. Conditions for third-party access to personal data are determined by your consent given to the Owner or by legal requirements.

9.2. You have the right to request any information about yourself from any party handling personal data, by providing your full name, place of residence (or stay), and ID document details, except where prohibited by law.

9.3. Access is provided free of charge. Delay in access is not permitted except if data cannot be provided within 30 calendar days of the request. The total resolution time cannot exceed 45 calendar days.

9.4. Delays must be communicated in writing with an explanation of appeal rights.

9.5. Denial of access is allowed only as specified by Ukrainian law.

9.6. Decisions to delay or deny access may be appealed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to court.

10. Your rights as a user (data subject)

10.1. You, as a User (data subject), have the right to:

1) know the sources, location, purpose of processing your personal data, and the Owner’s information or authorize representative to obtain it, except as specified by law;

2) receive information about conditions for access, including third parties who receive your data;

3) access your personal data;

4) receive a response within 30 calendar days of a request, except as permitted by law, and obtain the content of your personal data;

5) submit a reasoned objection to the processing of your data by the Owner;

6) request correction or deletion of data if it is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;

7) protect your data from unlawful processing or accidental loss, destruction, damage, or inaccurate information that harms your reputation;

8) file complaints about processing to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or court;

9) seek legal remedies in case of violations of Ukrainian personal data protection law;

10) place restrictions on data processing when giving consent;

11) withdraw consent for data processing;

12) know the mechanism of automated data processing;

13) protection from automated decisions with legal consequences.

11. Cookie

11.1. Our Site uses cookies—files with identifiers that web servers send and browsers store. These identifiers are sent back each time the browser requests pages. Cookies may be “persistent” or “session” cookies: the former remain until expiry or deletion, the latter end when the browser closes. Cookies typically don’t contain personally identifiable information, but may be linked to personal data we hold.

11.4. You can delete cookies stored on your computer, but deleting them may affect many websites’ usability.Deleting cookies:

– Internet Explorer (v10): manually delete cookies (see Microsoft support article);

– Firefox (v24): Tools → Options → Privacy → Show Cookies → Remove All Cookies;

– Chrome (v29): Menu → Settings → Show advanced settings → Clear browsing data → Select “Cookies and other site and plugin data” → Clear browsing data.



12. Policy changes

12.1. We reserve the right to post privacy notices separately or modify and/or supplement this Policy at any time at our discretion.

12.2. If we make significant changes, we will post notice on the Site and specify the effective date. If you do not object in writing within the specified period, it will be deemed that you have accepted the changes.
